Progress – White Crane Session 11 and prior

Hello All

So since my last post on the 12th May i have progressed/news:

• I got my White Crane uniform
• We hit Pads and did kicking practise drills
• Began my study of the Sanzhan form
• Continued learning the Shuang Yang

I may decide to a video of the forms i have learned so far at a later date.
